表达系统（Source）	Recombinant Human VEGF121 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ala27-Arg147.
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 16 kDa. And it migrates as 17-25 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	<0.1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
复溶（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile  PBS to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 ug/mL.

 

储存条件

该产品应在-25~-15℃下储存一年，从收到之日起算。 复溶后在无菌条件下2 ~ 7天，2 ~ 8°C。 复溶后在-25~-15℃无菌条件下保存3个月。 建议第一次使用时将蛋白质分成较小的量，并避免反复冻融循环。
